| 1 | 约拿在鱼腹中祷告耶和华他的神， From inside the fish Jonah prayed to the LORD his God. | ||
| 2 | 说，我遭遇患难求告耶和华，你就应允我。从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。 He said: "In my distress I called to the LORD, and he answered me. From the depths of the grave I called for help, and you listened to my cry. | ||
| 3 | 你将我投下深渊，就是海的深处。大水环绕我。你的波浪洪涛都漫过我身。 You hurled me into the deep, into the very heart of the seas, and the currents swirled about me; all your waves and breakers swept over me. | ||
| 4 | 我说，我从你眼前虽被驱逐，我仍要仰望你的圣殿。 I said, 'I have been banished from your sight; yet I will look again toward your holy temple.' | ||
| 5 | 诸水环绕我，几乎淹没我。深渊围住我，海草缠绕我的头。 The engulfing waters threatened me, the deep surrounded me; seaweed was wrapped around my head. | ||
| 6 | 我下到山根。地的门将我永远关住。耶和华我的神阿，你却将我的性命，从坑中救出来。 To the roots of the mountains I sank down; the earth beneath barred me in forever. But you brought my life up from the pit, O LORD my God. | ||
| 7 | 我心在我里面发昏的时候，我就想念耶和华。我的祷告进入你的圣殿，达到你的面前。 "When my life was ebbing away, I remembered you, LORD, and my prayer rose to you, to your holy temple. | ||
| 8 | 那信奉虚无之神的人，离弃怜爱他们的主。 "Those who cling to worthless idols forfeit the grace that could be theirs. | ||
| 9 | 但我必用感谢的声音献祭与你。我所许的愿，我必偿还。救恩出于耶和华。 But I, with a song of thanksgiving, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good. Salvation comes from the LORD." | ||
| 10 | 耶和华吩咐鱼，鱼就把约拿吐在旱地上。 And the LORD commanded the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land. |
