| 1 | （上行（或作登阶。下同）之诗。）我在急难中求告耶和华，他就应允我。 A song of ascents. I call on the LORD in my distress, and he answers me. | ||
| 2 | 耶和华阿，求你救我脱离说谎的嘴唇，和诡诈的舌头。 Save me, O LORD, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues. | ||
| 3 | 诡诈的舌头阿，要给你什么呢？要拿什么加给你呢？ What will he do to you, and what more besides, O deceitful tongue? | ||
| 4 | 就是勇士的利箭，和罗腾木的炭火（罗腾小树名松类）。 He will punish you with a warrior's sharp arrows, with burning coals of the broom tree. | ||
| 5 | 我寄居在米设，住在基达帐棚之中，有祸了。 Woe to me that I dwell in Meshech, that I live among the tents of Kedar! | ||
| 6 | 我与那恨恶和睦的人，许久同住。 Too long have I lived among those who hate peace. | ||
| 7 | 我愿和睦。但我发言，他们就要争战。 I am a man of peace; but when I speak, they are for war. |
