| 1 | （大卫的诗。）耶和华阿，我曾求告你，求你快快临到我这里。我求告你的时候，愿你留心听我的声音。 A psalm of David. O LORD, I call to you; come quickly to me. Hear my voice when I call to you. | ||
| 2 | 愿我的祷告，如香陈列在你面前。愿我举手祈求，如献晚祭。 May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice. | ||
| 3 | 耶和华阿，求你禁止我的口，把守我的嘴。 Set a guard over my mouth, O LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips. | ||
| 4 | 求你不叫我的心，偏向邪恶，以致我和作孽的人同行恶事。也不叫我吃他们的美食。 Let not my heart be drawn to what is evil, to take part in wicked deeds with men who are evildoers; let me not eat of their delicacies. | ||
| 5 | 任凭义人击打我，这算为仁慈。任凭他责备我，这算为头上的膏油。我的头不要躲闪。正在他们行恶的时候，我仍要祈祷。 Let a righteous man strike me--it is a kindness; let him rebuke me--it is oil on my head. My head will not refuse it. Yet my prayer is ever against the deeds of evildoers; | ||
| 6 | 他们的审判官，被扔在岩下。众人要听我的话，因为这话甘甜。 their rulers will be thrown down from the cliffs, and the wicked will learn that my words were well spoken. | ||
| 7 | 我们的骨头散在墓旁，好像人耕田，刨地的土块。 They will say,"As one plows and breaks up the earth, so our bones have been scattered at the mouth of the grave." | ||
| 8 | 主耶和华阿，我的眼目仰望你。我投靠你，求你不要将我撇得孤苦。 But my eyes are fixed on you, O Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge--do not give me over to death. | ||
| 9 | 求你保护我脱离恶人为我设的网罗，和作孽之人的圈套。 Keep me from the snares they have laid for me, from the traps set by evildoers. | ||
| 10 | 愿恶人落在自己的网里，我却得以逃脱。 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I pass by in safety. |
