| 1 | 你们要赞美耶和华。我的心哪，你要赞美耶和华。 Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul. | ||
| 2 | 我一生要赞美耶和华。我还活的时候要歌颂我的神。 I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. | ||
| 3 | 你们不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人。他一点不能帮助。 Do not put your trust in princes, in mortal men, who cannot save. | ||
| 4 | 他的气一断，就归回尘土。他所打算的，当日就消灭了。 When their spirit departs, they return to the ground; on that very day their plans come to nothing. | ||
| 5 | 以雅各的神为帮助，仰望耶和华他神的，这人便为有福。 Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God, | ||
| 6 | 耶和华造天，地，海，和其中的万物。他守诚实，直到永远。 the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them--the LORD, who remains faithful forever. | ||
| 7 | 他为受屈的伸冤，赐食物与饥饿的。耶和华释放被囚的。 He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets prisoners free, | ||
| 8 | 耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛。耶和华扶起被压下的人。耶和华喜爱义人。 the LORD gives sight to the blind, the LORD lifts up those who are bowed down, the LORD loves the righteous. | ||
| 9 | 耶和华保护寄居的，扶持孤儿和寡妇，却使恶人的道路弯曲。 The LORD watches over the alien and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked. | ||
| 10 | 耶和华要作王，直到永远。锡安哪，你的神要作王，直到万代。你们要赞美耶和华。 The LORD reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Praise the LORD. |
