| 1 | （大卫在亚比米勒面前装疯，被他赶出去，就作这诗。）我要时时称颂耶和华。赞美他的话必常在我口中。 Of David. When he pretended to be insane before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he left. I will extol the LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. | ||
| 2 | 我的心必因耶和华夸耀。谦卑人听见，就要喜乐。 My soul will boast in the LORD; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. | ||
| 3 | 你们和我当称耶和华为大，一同高举他的名。 Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together. | ||
| 4 | 我曾寻求耶和华，他就应允我，救我脱离了一切的恐惧。 I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. | ||
| 5 | 凡仰望他的，便有光荣。他们的脸，必不蒙羞。 Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. | ||
| 6 | 我这困苦人呼求，耶和华便垂听，救我脱离一切患难。 This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. | ||
| 7 | 耶和华的使者，在敬畏他的人四围安营，搭救他们。 The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. | ||
| 8 | 你们要尝尝主恩的滋味，便知道他是美善。投靠他的人有福了。 Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him. | ||
| 9 | 耶和华的圣民哪，你们当敬畏他，因敬畏他的一无所缺。 Fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing. | ||
| 10 | 少壮狮子，还缺食忍饿。但寻求耶和华的。什么好处都不缺。 The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing. | ||
| 11 | 众弟子阿，你们当来听我的话。我要将敬畏耶和华的道教训你们。 Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD. | ||
| 12 | 有何人喜好存活，爱慕长寿，得享美福。 Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, | ||
| 13 | 就要禁止舌头不出恶言，嘴唇不说诡诈的话。 keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. | ||
| 14 | 要离恶行善，寻求和睦，一心追赶。 Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. | ||
| 15 | 耶和华的眼目，看顾义人，他的耳朵，听他们的呼求。 The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry; | ||
| 16 | 耶和华向行恶的人变脸，要从世上除灭他们的名号。 the face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth. | ||
| 17 | 义人呼求，耶和华听见了，便救他们脱离一切患难。 The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. | ||
| 18 | 耶和华靠近伤心的人，拯救灵性痛悔的人。 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. | ||
| 19 | 义人多有苦难。但耶和华救他脱离这一切。 A righteous man may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all; | ||
| 20 | 又保全他一身的骨头，连一根也不折断。 he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken. | ||
| 21 | 恶必害死恶人。恨恶义人的，必被定罪。 Evil will slay the wicked; the foes of the righteous will be condemned. | ||
| 22 | 耶和华救赎他仆人的灵魂。凡投靠他的，必不至定罪。 The LORD redeems his servants; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him. |
