| 2 | 耶和华阿，求你可怜我。因为我软弱。耶和华阿，求你医治我。因为我的骨头发战。 Be merciful to me, LORD, for I am faint; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are in agony. | ||
| 3 | 我心也大大地惊惶。耶和华阿，你要到几时才救我呢？ My soul is in anguish. How long, O LORD, how long? | ||
| 4 | 耶和华阿，求你转回，搭救我。因你的慈爱拯救我。 Turn, O LORD, and deliver me; save me because of your unfailing love. | ||
| 5 | 因为在死地无人记念你，在阴间有谁称谢你。 No one remembers you when he is dead. Who praises you from the grave? | ||
| 6 | 我因唉哼而困乏。我每夜流泪，把床榻漂起，把褥子湿透。 I am worn out from groaning; all night long I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears. | ||
| 7 | 我因忧愁眼睛干瘪。又因我一切的敌人眼睛昏花。 My eyes grow weak with sorrow; they fail because of all my foes. | ||
| 8 | 你们一切作孽的人，离开我吧。因为耶和华听了我哀哭的声音。 Away from me, all you who do evil, for the LORD has heard my weeping. | ||
| 9 | 耶和华听了我的恳求。耶和华必收纳我的祷告。 The LORD has heard my cry for mercy; the LORD accepts my prayer. | ||
| 10 | 我的一切仇敌都必羞愧，大大惊惶。他们必要退后，忽然羞愧。 All my enemies will be ashamed and dismayed; they will turn back in sudden disgrace. |
