第 132 章

1. （上行之诗。）耶和华阿，求你记念大卫所受的一切苦难。
A song of ascents. O LORD, remember David and all the hardships he endured.
2. 他怎样向耶和华起誓，向雅各的大能者许愿，
He swore an oath to the LORD and made a vow to the Mighty One of Jacob:
3. 说，我必不进我的帐幕，也不上我的床榻。
"I will not enter my house or go to my bed--
4. 我不容我的眼睛睡觉，也不容我的眼目打盹。
I will allow no sleep to my eyes, no slumber to my eyelids,
5. 直等我为耶和华寻得所在，为雅各的大能者寻得居所。
till I find a place for the LORD, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob."
6. 我们听说约柜在以法他，我们在基列耶琳就寻见了。
We heard it in Ephrathah, we came upon it in the fields of Jaar:
7. 我们要进他的居所，在他脚凳前下拜。
"Let us go to his dwelling place; let us worship at his footstool--
8. 耶和华阿，求你兴起，和你有能力的约柜同入安息之所。
arise, O LORD, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might.
9. 愿你的祭司披上公义。愿你的圣民欢呼。
May your priests be clothed with righteousness; may your saints sing for joy."
10. 求你因你仆人大卫的缘故，不要厌弃你的受膏者。
For the sake of David your servant, do not reject your anointed one.
11. 耶和华向大卫，凭诚实起了誓，必不反覆，说，我要使你所生的坐在你的宝座上。
The LORD swore an oath to David, a sure oath that he will not revoke: "One of your own descendants I will place on your throne--
12. 你的众子若守我的约，和我所教训他们的法度，他们的子孙，必永远坐在你的宝座上。
if your sons keep my covenant and the statutes I teach them, then their sons will sit on your throne for ever and ever."
13. 因为耶和华拣选了锡安，愿意当作自己的居所，
For the LORD has chosen Zion, he has desired it for his dwelling:
14. 说，这是我永远安息之所。我要住在这里，因为是我所愿意的。
"This is my resting place for ever and ever; here I will sit enthroned, for I have desired it--
15. 我要使其中的粮食丰满，使其中的穷人饱足。
I will bless her with abundant provisions; her poor will I satisfy with food.
16. 我要使祭司披上救恩，圣民大声欢呼。
I will clothe her priests with salvation, and her saints will ever sing for joy.
17. 我要叫大卫的角，在那里发生。我为我的受膏者，预备明灯。
"Here I will make a horn grow for David and set up a lamp for my anointed one.
18. 我要使他的仇敌披上羞耻。但他的冠冕，要在头上发光。
I will clothe his enemies with shame, but the crown on his head will be resplendent."
